Oktyabrskoye Pole metro station in Moscow


 The station is named for the namesake district. In the station, anodized aluminum used in the columns firstly in Moscow Metro.     Babushkinskaya metro station in Moscow

       Mikhail Babushkin, who was a polar aviator and a hero of the Soviet Union, the station is named after. The station's track walls at the base, are faced with grey marble and the station's floor is paved with black and grey granite.     Bratislavskaya metro station in Moscow


       The station is adorned with several panels in honour of the Russian-Slovak friendship.(The capital city Bratislava) A part of the platform are made of monolithic plates; the two vaults with caissons are divided by some flat space and a row of columns in the centre of the platform. The ends of the vault are decorated with medallions depicting Bratislava Castle, Devin Castle,(photos below) the residence of the Mayor of Moscow and Cathedral of Christ the Savior. The station's walls are faced with blue-grey marble and its covered with black granite.     Kozhukhovskaya metro station in Moscow

       Kozhukhovskaya metro station is named for nearby street district. In the station, the white marble turning into an aluminium ceiling.     Ulitsa 1905 goda metro station in Moscow

     Ulitsa 1905 goda station is named for nearby street which commemorates the events of the Russian Revolution in 1905. The grey marble shade is punctuated metallic artworks showing the numbers 1905 and torches. The station features pink marble columns and grey granite floor. The station's track walls were decorated with marble instead of ceramic tiles. Also they are faced with grey marble and adorned with torches of anodized aluminum plates with numbers 1905 (photos below) on them. You can find the Ulitsa 1905 goda metro station's original and unique photos only in the our website disertero.blogspot.com
